REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) OF NEWBUILDING OF 02 UNIT(S) OF OIL / CHEMICAL TANKER 50K DWT

We, Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company, is currently undertaking a project of new building 02 (two)  oil/chemical tankers (MR Size) on a “TURNKEY” basis.

The basic requirements for the two new building vessels are as follows:

Length Overall (L_OA)         : ≤ 185,00 m 

Breadth (Moulded)                         : ≤ 32,50 m 

Deadweight (DWT)                          : 49.000,00 ~ 49.999,00 MT

Draft                                                      : ≤ 13,50 m

We hereby invite contractors / shipyards with the requisite capability and experience to  submit competitive quotations to our company.

The requirements regarding the content of the quotation and the deadline for submission are as follows:

1. Tender Submission Guidelines 

1.1 The shipyards are requested to submit the following: 

- Outline building specifications

- Ship particulars

- General Arrangements & Capacity Plan

- Proposed Maker’s List

- Ship‘s Speed and Fuel Oil Consumption

- Payment Terms

- Delivery Schedule

- Vessel Price

1.2 The shipyard to provide the following information and documentation where available:

• Shipyard Profile brochure
• Information on the number of similar vessels, together with the customers, that have been built and delivered to the market during the last three years (2023-2025);
• Information on the number of similar vessels contracted for new building and scheduled for delivery to the market by year from 2026 to 2030
